Josie asked Jamie, "Can I share your blanket?" Jamie replied, "Mmm hmm!" and moved to the side to make room. Josie climbed over to sit beside him and said, "You and me are best friends." Jamie agreed, "Mmm hmm!" Later Jamie gave Josie a sweet kiss on the forehead and Josie gave Jamie a big hug. (May 27th, 2011)
Jamie sat at the kitchen table beside a large framed picture of James. He carefully picked one Fruit Loop out of his bowl and lifted it to the picture, touching the glass over James' lips. "Nom, nom, nom.." he said, in as deep a voice as he could muster, imitating a chomping sound. He was pretending that Daddy was there beside him, sharing his bowl of cereal. (April 5th, 2011)
